Counselling for young people
Counselling is the chance for you to talk in confidence about anything that is worrying you. Nothing is too big or too small for you to share. If something is making you anxious or unhappy, it may help to talk about it.
My approach is flexible and collaborative; together we’ll look at what is affecting you and work out how counselling could help. There may be something specific that is worrying you, or it might be a number of different things. I’ll help you make sense of it so you can decide what to do.
Counselling for young people
There may be something going on in your life that’s making you unhappy, but you don’t know how to sort it out.

Perhaps there’s something that’s making life difficult and you want to talk about it, but you don’t want to tell your friends or family. Or maybe you don’t know what it is, but you know you feel overwhelmed by everything.

You might have lots of mixed feelings and you’re not sure how to cope with them, but they all make you feel as if you’re on your own.
Some people find that talking about their problem helps, others prefer a more practical approach and want to learn techniques to help them when things get difficult, sometimes it can be a combination of both.
It's important that you feel comfortable, so we’ll work together in whatever way suits you best so that you have what you need to help you cope and make your life better.
