Living with autism can be challenging but because I'm autistic myself, I have a real understanding of the issues or concerns that you may have.  Whether you're looking for help for yourself or for someone in your family, my approach is autism-friendly; it's about understanding your experience of autism and helping you find the ways to overcome these issues so that you can begin to enjoy life and do the things that you'd like to.

You don't need a formal diagnosis.  You may already have a diagnosis, are waiting for one or just know that your brain is "wired differently".  You may want to explore what it means to you to be autistic, or you may want to develop coping skills to help you manage. 

But it doesn't have to be about autism either.  You may be looking for counselling for something else but would prefer a counsellor who understands autism and can adjust counselling to suit you.
