I am fully qualified to work online and have professional membership of ACTO, with a special focus on counselling young people.

I use a secure online platform and will send you all the details you need before your first session.

When you log on before the session, you will be taken to my waiting room.  I can see that you are waiting and will let you in at the start of your session.

If there is a technical problem and either you or I cannot log on to the session, I will call you to discuss the options.

It is a good idea to make sure that you are somewhere private or in a room where you cannot be overheard, disturbed or interrupted during the session.  You may find it useful to use headphones to ensure greater privacy.

Please make sure that you allow as much time as you may need at the end of the session before returning to your family, studies or work.
